Great stay, great price, didn’t love that it was on the east side but still worth it

Loved how nice this property was inside

I didn’t like the side of the island the hotel was on though that’s not something they can change.

Luxurious hotel in Railay

Loved the setting - could swim right up to our room. Free drinking water, umbrellas and towels to borrow too - they had thought of everything. A 5 min walk to the pier/main strip so nice and quiet and tucked away. Felt very safe and the bed was really comfortable and luxurious. Railay was truly a highlight of our trip and we were greatful to have such a stunning hotel to stay in.

The staff weren't very attentive. When checking in, we arrived too early which was fair enough, but we weren't told this; we just copied what other guests doing in reception (leaving big bags there) as the communication was non existent. When we did come back at the right time, we were shown straight to our room with no one really explaining when/where breakfast was, when the pool was open, or to be careful of the monkeys which frequented our balcony and messed around with our washing/anything left out there. A heads-up would have been good for that one Finally, our check out experience wasn't great either. There were 2 members of staff there, but someone else had to check our room before we could leave, and we were stood waiting for well over 10 mins before we could leave. Also a tip for anyone staying here - bring mozzy repellent! From all the places we've been to on our Thailand trip, I got bitten here the most!!

Great!

Had a great stay here. Bed was massive and so soft! We slept so well here. Probably best shower we had while in Thailand. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room led straight into the pool which that was nice. Good value.

Breakfast could have been better.

Relaxed and perfect stay

I loved everything about this place! It was so cosy and very near to the East Pier. Quiet and relaxing.. The room was so spacious and balcony was superb. Bathroom was extremely excellent and perfect. Breakfast spread was I loved everything about Avatar! The staffs were so lovely and helpful.

I didn't like the monkeys who loved to wonder around the balcony. But there was nothing the staffs could do about it and they would warn you upon checking in. Grateful for the warning though.

Lovely place to stay

Spacious room, comfortable and clean, lots of amenities like a fridge, umbrellas, mosquito machine, hairdryer, safe etc. Wasn't a huge fan of the toilet being in one little room, the shower being in another little room, then the sink being in the bedroom. Would have preferred a proper separate bathroom. There was a balcony and we were warned to lock it as the monkeys know how to get in! You see from your room directly into the room across and vice versa, so make sure to pull your curtains across if you're getting changed!

The pool could’ve been cleaner, there were lots of little floating bugs and leaves. The floating pool chairs didn't really work, we tried to get on them a few times but couldn't balance on them at all. We had breakfast provided, it was not very vegetarian friendly, there was lots of meat. Would have been nice to have some fried eggs or baked beans.

A great hotel.

I loved the location of the property. It was close to the beaches and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

There were a lot of monkeys and our room was only half cleaned. My bed was made but my friends wasn't.

The pool access from the room is really special, and big, and excellent on the typically hot days. The location is close to many tourist related businesses. It’s also very close to one of the only two piers for accessing rai leh. I also liked how they labeled some of the trees species, so you could learn about the local plants.

During a storm, the night we checked in, there was a power outage for this specific hotel. The rest of the hotels had power. We received no compensation or price reduction despite having no electricity, air conditioning, or light for 6 hours. Also, while the facilities were built to a high standard, maintenance seems to have been lacking, so some things looked warn out. The WiFi seemed like an afterthought but worked when the electricity came back. One word of caution about the pool is that you end up with people swimming next to your room quite often, which can feel like being in a reverse fish bowl.

Toilet and shower open straight into the bedroom. The doors are partially frosted glass so offer minimal privacy . Pool was really cold , more for excercise than relaxing in .

Thankful for the upgrade to a nice room with jacuzzi

Nice comfortable modern room with jacuzzi included. Good value for the money.

The little space for peeing inside the room; toilet; smelled like pee, like a street public toilet, wasnt cleaned and desinfected correctly. The guy from inside the kitchen that brought the fruit during breakfast was very agressive, the hotel should have corrected this already because I read about this in the reviews before arriving. Didnt like the food options the restaurant gave me so at the middle of my trip I started having lunch and dinner in another hotel which had better options.

Very nice resort on a good location, just a few minites from pear. Beach is close by as well (one of the nicest in Krabi). Rooms are clean and very comfortable, quiet at night. Every evening live music at the hotel, but many bars arround the corner too. Very much recomended place to stay while in Thailand

All in all very nice! We really enjoyed our stay!

The bed was great (the best we had in Thailand). The breakfast had a lot of options and the bar offered music every night. The common areas were very pretty and well maintained and the room was really nice as well. Showers were nice and hot which was awesome!

The internet wasn't very good and it was slightly inconvenient that the outlets didn't work when you weren't in the room.

Absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful. Definitely get a poolside room it is worth the upgrade to be able to go right from your balcony to the pool. Great value, friendly staff, clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

A good place in Railay

The room was great, super big and with a very confortable bed and sofa. You have towels for the room and for the beach (these are different ones). Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

The price is a bit high for being Thailand but not that bad for being Railay. There is not a beach in front of the hotel, you havwe to walk around 5 minutes to reach Railay West beach (which is very nice). We could hear the music from the bar from our room, which was kind of anoying (12 hours of latin music).

Paradise found!

The resort itself was super beautiful and peaceful. We got upgraded for free to the villa on our arrival! Our villa was spacious with a huge comfortable bed AND a couch. There were many cats around came by to say hi which we absolutely loved. The breakfast was delicious

It is quite far (but still not that far because Railay itself is pretty small) located from the Railay's main beach but still very close to other locations such as view point, lagoon, and cave.

Spacious and clean room

The breakfast was really bad (we went to a nearby restaurant after day 1). This also prevented us from dining at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Wi-fi doesn't work in the room. Too close to the opposite block.
